Step 1: Test Cases Verification

Below is the list of test cases that needs to be executed by clients at their end. JSON Request/ Response for these cases along with the confirmation numbers will be required for verification as part of the certification process. Also, please make sure that test cases should be sent to the API team Casewise rather than all test cases in a single notepad file.

Once the JSON logs are verified from TBO's end , we'll move to the next step. Also, the Processing time taken to verify the logs verification step is 3-4 working days

Step 2: HOTEL API VALIDATION (General Queries)
Once JSON logs are verified, we'll proceed for general queries which is the part of API validations and a validation sheet will be shared with the client over email wherein Client have to consider the points and mention their comments.

Step 3: Hotel API Validations (Portal Verification)
After successful verification of the test cases and general queries, client need to confirm if all the validations are implemented at their end. Refer to the validation page.

For this they have to refer the same validation sheet with portal verification tab wherein we'll verify client's portal and mention our comments over the TBO remarks, in case of any query client can mention their remarks over the client remarks section. Once done with all the validations mentioned in the sheet. We'll release the sign off email from our end. The processing time for validations is 3-4 working days and will start once the website link /apk file in case of mobile app will be shared with us.

Step 4: Sign off and Live access
On successful completion of all the above steps, TBO will give sign off and provide Live access details to the client. It is strongly recommended that the client also completes their UAT before making the services live at their end.

Step 5: IP Whitelisting
Post successful signoff, the client needs to check the Static Public IP/ Gateway ** (Network Routing IP) with their domain service provider and share the same. This would be the IP Address from where client's API requests would come to TBO server. To check your routing IP or public IP/ Gateway, just go to http://cmyip.com/ or http://www.whatismyip.com/

Also note that agency's staging account will remain active till 1 month of releasing live credentials after that you will not be able to access the testing account. In future, if you need to access the same then you have to take the approval.
