GenerateVoucher Request with PAN

For bookings that can be placed on hold and do not require immediate vouchering, the PAN information can be skipped at the time of confirmation. However, when vouchering such bookings using the GenerateVoucher method, it is mandatory to include the PAN details at that stage.
